Our customer service representatives make a major contribution to achieving that. For our customers, the customer service representative is the face and voice of Essent. The calling card, the sounding board, the consultant and the guide. All in all, an essential link between the organisation and our customer.

Want to work as a customer service representative?

We are looking for customer service representatives who  make a difference and enjoy engaging in conversation with customers: assisting them with their energy needs and making an appropriate and competitive proposal. For success in this position, you need to be sociable, commercial and have a practical attitude. You are a good listener, proactive, focused on results and are not afraid of working with commercial targets.

Time after time, you will ensure (potential)customers receive the service they deserve and remain or become a customer. To achieve this, we collaborate in a close-knit team, help each another, consider a positive atmosphere to be hugely important and together form a top team that competes for the very best prizes! Perhaps equally important, you will also receive an attractive salary of € 11.45 gross per hour. All of these are excellent reasons for coming to work with us.

There are various ways in which you can work as a customer service representative. For example, in the Essent Customer Contact Centres in Den Bosch or Zwolle, where you will answer the telephone for our customers. Or in one of our shop-in-shops in a town or city near you!
