For success in this position, you need to be sociable, commercial and have a practical attitude. You are a good listener, proactive, focused on results and are not afraid of working with commercial targets.

There are various ways in which you can work as a customer service representative. For example, in the Essent Customer Contact Centres in Den Bosch or Zwolle, where you will answer the telephone for our customers. Or in one of our shop-in-shops in a town or city near you!
